Once an order is placed, you'll receive a tracking number from us. 

Returns

All products are inspected before being shipped. However, if you find an issue with the product, please get in touch and we can arrange pick-up if within Calgary or arrange for the product to be returned to us through a courier service. 

Please note that if the product is not defective and you'd like to return it, there is a $30 restocking fee.
